Picture of the day: FSRU Hoegh Gallant

Höegh LNG’s third FSRU, the 170,000 cbm Höegh Gallant, is expected to start operating as an LNG import terminal in Egypt by the end of 2014.


The company signed earlier this year a letter of intent with Egyptian Natural Gas (Egas) to lease the FSRU for a period of five years.

The Höegh Gallant is equipped with dual fuel engines, and it is 299 m in length and 46 m​ in breadth.
