WavEC to collaborate with ASDF for marine renewables

WavEC Offshore Renewables has signed a memorandum of understanding with Americas Sustainable Development Foundation (ASDF) to collaborate on the development of marine renewable energy projects.

The purpose of the MoU is to provide a general framework to facilitate collaboration and cooperation between the two entities to promote development of marine renewable energy projects that would provide clean electricity, potable water, and other innovative and sustainable uses of marine resources for coastal communities.

ASDF is an independent not-for-profit advisory foundation that connects people with innovative ideas in order to effectively address sustainable development challenges across the Americas.

WavEC is a non-profit research and innovation center based in Lisbon, Portugal, specialized in wave energy and offshore wind.
