Petrobras Extends with DOF

DOF’s subsidiary Norskan and Petrobras have signed a 1-year extension for the AHTS Skandi Fluminense.

The vessel, built in 2007, is an AHTS 18.000 with one work-class ROV operated by DOF Subsea on board.

According to DOF, the new deal should see the vessel employed until September 2020.

The contract extension follows last year’s contract announced end-May, which was scheduled to start in July 2018.

To remind, DOF also this year announced two more projects in Brasil for the vessels Skandi Seven and Skandi Niterói – a JV with TechnipFMC.
