Atlas taking over four Programmed Marine offices

Programmed Marine offices in Houston, Aberdeen, Dubai, and Singapore will become official offices of Atlas Professionals.

Atlas Professionals, a Dutch provider of recruitment and HR services for offshore energy industry, agreed to buy Programmed Maintenance Services’ international activities in late May.

The final agreement to buy Programmed Marine’s international activities was signed on July 10.

Atlas said on Monday that the four offices became a part of atlas on December 18. The joint venture between the two companies in Australia and New Zealand will remain as Programmed Marine.
