ORE Catapult Offers Working at Height and Rescue Training North East SMEs

Human Capital

As part of a funded programme, ORE Catapult is offering North East based SMEs the opportunity to undertake renewable energy training courses.

Working at height is a requirement when carrying out operations and maintenance on wind turbines. The ORE Catapult’s 27m high training tower is an open access facility for education and training providers to deliver training programmes for technicians working in the wind industry both onshore and offshore.

Working with partners, ORE Catapult delivers a 2-day RenewableUK accredited Working at Height and Rescue Training Course. Currently,  there are spaces available on the next course, which is due to run on the 1st and 2nd October 2014.
