Havila nets charter deal with Premier (UK)

Havila Shipping ASA has entered into a contract with Premier Oil UK for chartering the platform supply vessel (PSV) Havila Crusader.

According to the company, the contract for the PSV is for a firm period of two years with additional options for another year.

Regarding financial details of the charter, Havila only noted that the contract was made on market-based terms.

As said in the press release, the vessel will start working on charter in July 2015.

Havila Crusader is an 85m long PSV of VS 485 CD design. It was built in Hellesøy Verft shipyard in Kvinnherad, Norway in 2010, and delivered to the company in December that same year.
