COSCO Secures Contracts for Offshore Vessels

The Board of Directors of COSCO Corporation (Singapore) Limited announced that COSCO Shipyard Group Ltd has secured contracts totaling USD366 million.

COSCO (Guangdong) Shipyard Co. Ltd. has received two contract. One is from a Netherlands based company to build two platform supply vessels (PSVs). The vessels are scheduled for delivery in 3Q2015. The buyer has also secured options for two additional PSVs. The other contract is from a Singapore based company to build two PSVs. The vessels are scheduled for delivery in 1H2015. The buyer has also secured options for six additional PSVs.

COSCO (Dalian) Shipyard Co. Ltd has secured two contracts for salvage lifting vessels and module carriers.

COSCO (Zhoushan) Shipyard Co. Ltd has received contracts for dry bulk carriers.

Separately, Axis Offshore has rendered effective a contract valued at more than USD200 million for one unit Semi-Submersible Accommodation Rig. The rig will be constructed at COSCO (Qidong) Offshore Co., Ltd.
