Royal Dutch Shell, CNPC Strengthen Their Cooperation

Royal Dutch Shell and China National Petroleum Corp (CNPC) have signed a deal, under which the two companies will strengthen their cooperation in numerous business sectors.

The two companies agreed to join forces in the development of both upstream and downstream energy businesses, CNPC said on its website.

According to the documents, the two companies will bolster long-term worldwide cooperation in unconventional resources, deep water, LNG, and upstream and downstream businesses.
