Combi Freighter MV ONEGO NAVIGATOR Christened

Onego Shipping has christened the seventh of eight multi purpose box-shaped vessels, the Onego Navigator.

The ceremony was initiated by Damen Shipyards, Onego Shipping and Chartering, ForestWave Navigation and was performed by God Mother – Mrs. Larisa Preobrazhenskaya.

MV Onego Navigator is of “Damen 8200 Combi freighter” type and has Ice Class 1A, full retractable tweendeck and two cranes of 60mt SWL combinable to max 110mt capacity.

This multi purpose vessel is equipped with latest technology to reduce fuel consumption without limiting the operational features this type has.

Under the chartername of Onego Navigator the vessel will be managed by ForestWave Navigation of the Netherlands.
