Refitted Linden Pride Departs Chengxi

On September 15, the second LPG Vessel from NYK Ship Management Pte. Ltd. “Linden Pride” departed Chengxi shipyard after successful repair.

Previously, Chengxi repaired “Gas Aries” another LPG vessel of the same owner.

“Linden Pride” arrived at the berth No.6 of Chengxi on August 30. As scheduled,  considerable mechanical and electrical repair along with blasting work of eight passages was to ensue within the 18 following days.

Building on the experience with the repair of  M/V Gas Aries in terms of quality control as well as equipment protection, the Ship Repair Division managed to compete the M/E repair, mechanical & electrical work, sand blasting and coating work as well as pipe-replacement.
