Italy: Benetti and Azimut Grande Hosted Opening of YARE 2012 Exhibition

Just came to an end on 29th April the second edition of YARE – Yachting After-Sales & Refit Exhibition – the international boat show held in Viareggio that is dedicated to all services available following purchase of a vessel.

Benetti and Azimut Grande played host, opening with a speech by Vincenzo Poerio – CEO Benetti (and President of YARE) – on the doings of its sister organisation, the “Italian Superyacht Forum”, an international conference sponsored by the British publisher of The Yacht Report dedicated, for this occasion, to the market for after-sale services and refitting.

It was a unique opportunity for industry builders, brokers, engineers, designers, and dealers to come together to compare theory and have an in-depth look at technical matters in order to create new synergies and growth opportunities.

Benetti and Azimut Grande also took part in the event showing, in the adjacent Lusben facility, some the most representative yachts in terms of technology, innovation and custom made design.
