Singapore’s offshore marine solutions company PACC Offshore Services Holdings (POSH) has acquired an electric work-class remotely operated vehicle (WROV) from Norway's Argus Remote Systems.
The Argus XL65 WROV was delivered fully equipped with twin Schilling manipulators and a Top Hat TMS, POSH reported.
The vehicle will soon be mobilized to the Persian Gulf to support the company's ongoing diving and SURF operations.
Of note, it was reported in August that POSH had won a contract with Subsea7 in the Arabian Gulf, scheduled for offshore execution in the third quarter of 2026.
This came after the company reported a long-term diving services contract in the Arabian Gulf at the end of July with an undisclosed client, with the diving support vessel (DSV) POSH Mallard to be used for the work.
The company’s three vessels - POSH Endeavour, POSH Enterprise and POSH Elegance - this summer also secured new offshore contracts across the Arabian Gulf and Asia region after completing a series of construction support projects said to be beyond their traditional scope.
