Houston-based subsea energy equipment and services specialist KOIL Energy Solutions has entered into a strategic alliance with Pipeline Network, a consultancy focused on the oil & gas pipeline services sector, with the aim of expanding its international presence, operational capabilities, and customer support across the Eastern Hemisphere.
According to KOIL, customers will have access to an expanded portfolio of subsea products, rental equipment, and field services thanks to the combination of its subsea technology expertise with Pipeline Network’s established regional presence and operational capabilities across the Middle East, Africa, and Asia‑Pacific.
“This strategic alliance represents an important milestone in our international growth strategy,” said Chris Sebesta , Director of Business Development at KOIL Energy. “By partnering with Pipeline Network, we are significantly expanding our ability to support customers throughout the Eastern Hemisphere, offering an extensive fleet of rental equipment for testing services, supported by an impeccable team of service personnel our customers have come to expect from KOIL Energy.”
This comes after KOIL secured a series of awards since the beginning of the year. Namely, the company announced a deepwater assignment for a hydrocarbon project in the Gulf of America (the U.S. Gulf of Mexico) in January, followed by a pre‑commissioning project award offshore West Africa in March.
The U.S. firm most recently secured its first subsea umbilical maintenance campaign in Brazil, scheduled to begin during the fourth quarter of 2026.
