Shearwater GeoServices has been awarded a 3D multi-client project in the Norwegian Sea by TGS.

The survey is estimated to take approximately 3.5 months, starting late June.

The survey will be executed by the ‘Polar Duchess’, covering an 8,000 square kilometer area with long offset triple source data acquisition starting in the summer 2019.

“ We are very pleased to see Shearwater return to work for TGS on the Norwegian Atlantic Margin, ” said Irene Waage Basili , the CEO of Shearwater GeoServices. “The superior strength of our operational performance, commitment to excellence and efficiency, and experience in the area position Shearwater well for this work.”
