Boskalis Strengthens Market Position in Germany

Royal Boskalis Westminster N.V. has reached a heads of agreement with STRABAG SE for the acquisition of the dredging activities and assets of STRABAG Wasserbau GmbH, formerly known as Möbius Wasserbau.
