Polarcus informed that Rod Starr has assumed the role of Chief Executive Officer, effective today.

Rod has over 30 years industry experience, starting his career with Unocal where he spent 16 years in various planning and financial roles before moving into the oil services sector where he has held senior sales, business development, marketing and managerial positions.
Prior to joining Polarcus, Rod worked for TGS-NOPEC Geophysical Company where he held several senior management positions worldwide, most recently as Senior Vice President, Western Hemisphere. Rod holds a degree in Business/Finance from San Diego State University in the USA.
