Judith Hartmann has been appointed Chief Financial Officer of GDF SUEZ, effective March 16, 2015, it is stated in company’s press release.
Judith Hartmann will join GDF SUEZ at the beginning of February as a special advisor to Gérard Mestrallet, whom she will report after becoming Chief Financial Officer on March 16, 2015.
In the meantime, Pierre Chareyre, Deputy Chief Financial Officer, will continue to stand in for the Group’s Chief Financial Officer.
Judith Hartmann, an Austrian citizen, holds a Ph.D. in Economics from the University of Vienna. Since 2012, she has served as Chief Financial Officer and as a member of the Executive Board of the Bertelsmann Group in Germany.
