Funds managed by Praxient Capital LLP have acquired 1,643,705 ordinary shares in Flex LNG Ltd.
Praxient Capital LLP manages through Praxient Panther Master Fund Limited and Blackwell Partners LLC after the acquisition a total of 7,728,079 shares in FLEX representing 6.16% of the total shares in issue.
The percentage has been calculated based on total of 125,412,622 shares in issue.
FLEX LNG was incorporated in 2006 with the objective of commercialising the world’s first floating liquefaction units (LNGPs).
By using a nitrogen expander cycle, the most robust and flexible liquefaction technology in use in the LNG Industry, the LNGP can source and monetise gas from hundreds of potential offshore locations worldwide.
