The Dutch shipowner Transfennica, which links the Port of Bilbao with Zeebrugge three times weekly, has increased its line’s capacity with the introduction of the Kraftca and the Trica. These two new con-ro vessels have replaced the Elizabeth Russ and the Bore Sea and double the present cargo volume.

The two new vessels have the capacity to carry up to 200 trailers and some 600 TEUs, as well as accommodation for 12 drivers in 6 double cabins; they double the loading capacity of the Elizabeth Russ. They will operate at the same times as at present.

The vessels are very well suited for all types of project cargo such as over length, over width and up to 220mt for very heavy cargo.

With a clear access height of up to 8 meters also very high cargo can be shipped.
