The drilling is scheduled to start in August 2011 at the earliest. The estimated duration of the operation is 46 to 71 days, depending on potential discoveries.

Exploration drilling will be carried out with the Bredford Dolphin semi-submersible drilling facility, owned by Fred Olsen ASA and operated by Dolphin AS.

The facility was built in 1976 and received an Acknowledgement of Compliance (AoC) from the PSA in 2007.
