The board of directors of El Paso Corporation declared a quarterly dividend of $0.01 per share on the company’s outstanding common stock.
The dividend will be payable July 1, 2011 to shareholders of record as of the close of business on June 3, 2011.
Outstanding shares of common stock entitled to receive dividends as of March 22, 2011 were 764,251,140.
El Paso Corporation provides natural gas and related energy products in a safe, efficient, and dependable manner. The company owns North America’s largest interstate natural gas pipeline system, one of North America’s largest independent oil and natural gas producers and an emerging midstream business.
