As the sun set this evening the wind died off, and Skipper Mark Preedy reported that their boat speed had dropped off significantly with Durban just around one mile behind, they are doing all they can to stay ahead. New York is lying in third, but with just a handful of miles separating the top half of the fleet there is still everything to play for.
