An Israeli Navy boat intercepted Sunday a Palestinian shipping vessel carrying explosives and mines, the Israeli Military spokesperson’s office said in press release. Navy officials said their forces identified a Palestinian boat sailing into an area in the southern Gaza Strip bordering Egypt prohibited for entry and crossing.
