Representatives from Ararat Rural City and the Ararat RSL attended the Naming Ceremony for the Armidale Class Patrol Boat `Ararat’ in Western Australia last Saturday. The Naming Ceremony for the sixth and seventh Armidale Class Patrol Boats to be launched was held at the Austal shipyard in Henderson, Western Australia. Ararat Rural City Mayor Cr Ian Wilson and chief executive officer Bill Braithwaite and RSL representatives president Frank Neulist and manager Brian Cairns attended.
