Ship-to-ship oil fuels talks

PLANS to transfer oil ship-to-ship in the Firth of Forth have again come under fire from council chiefs in Fife. Fife Council has submitted its response to the consultation on the plans and the authority says it is still extremely concerned about the proposals by Melbourne Marine Services.
