Lifeboats aid drifting cargo ship

A Russian cargo ship is at the centre of a rescue operation off the coast of Northern Ireland. The 1,500-tonne vessel with six crewmen on board developed engine trouble on Saturday and is currently drifting nine miles off Millisle, County Down.
