Halterm Ltd., a wholly owned subsidiary of the Halterm Income Fund, says it will provide container handling services in the port of Halifax to China Shipping (North America) Holding Co. Ltd. under a new three-year deal. Units of the Halterm fund (TSX:HAL.UN) shot up nearly 20 per cent Tuesday, gaining $1.15 to $7.05 by late morning on the Toronto Stock Exchange.
