The administration of Russia’s Maritime Territory (MT) and the Russian Railways public joint-stock company have worked out a programme for the development of transport infrastructure.

The purpose of the programme is to promote an increase in the transportation of freight and passengers, Alexander Artamonov, press secretary of the Vladivostok branch of the Far Eastern Railway, has told Itar-Tass.
